Job Description : Pay: $20.00 /hour

HELPDESK TECHNICIAN I DETAILS:

Triages, resolves, and escalates support tickets using ticketing
system

Troubleshoots workstations, servers, peripherals, and network
appliances at a basic level

Utilizes remote monitoring and management tools to resolve software
and hardware related issues

Installs, configures, and maintains end user software and hardware
Provides interdepartmental support and collaborates with external
vendors

Produces clear and detailed documentation in knowledge base and
ticketing system

Engages in continuous education to advance professional and
technical knowledge

Works efficiently on independent and collaborative team tasks
Seeks to partner with clients to see the bigger picture and
proactively identify concerns

Other duties as required

HELPDESK TECHNICIAN I QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) and
A+, Network+ certifications are preferred.

Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
One year of experience providing technology related support (call
center or help desk) is preferred.

Basic experience with: server tasks, remote user connections,
network operations and maintenance, and current desktop operating
systems is required.

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
