Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES
ASSIST WITH CLIENT ADL’S
Transfers
Bathing
Dressing
Positioning
ROM
Provide quality, detailed and compassionate assistance. Perform safe, t_horough and consistent personal care_. Prior work with non ambulatory adults is helpful. Minimum to medium assistance with client ADL’S. Assist with client transfers utilizing transfer boards, a Beasy Board and wooden transfer boards. Assist client with showering, utilizing a mobil electric Hoyer Lift, a shower wheelchair and a roll in showed. Return client to their full electric Hospital Bed. A_ssist client with dressing and performing ROM exercise program. Ultimately, assist client with positioning in an Lift Chair Recliner. Client requires a meal at each visit. Light housekeeping performed with each visit. On occasion client will request running errands. Assist with client grocery pick up._
Experience
6 months minimum
12 months preferred
24 months ideal
Skills
CPR – First aide trained
Assist transfer board transfers
Familiar with power wheelchair
Experience with standing wheelchairs
Operated a Hoyer Lift
Licenses
CPR
LPN
RN
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $52.00 per hour
