Reporting Directly to the Hospital Laboratory Manager, The Hospital Laboratory Coordinator will be supported by a highly educated team of scientists to execute quality performance protocols. The Hospital Coordinator of Laboratory Services will have the utmost support from staff and technology to follow system wide standards.

The Hospital Coordinator of Laboratory Services plans and supervises the overall operation, training, monitoring, quality controls, maintenance and regulatory compliance of the assigned section or area of the laboratory. The Hospital Coordinator of Laboratory Services will perform laboratory procedures across the major areas of the laboratory including collection of specimens with advanced knowledge and proficiency. The Coordinator of Hospital Laboratory Services will maintain professional knowledge and expertise in the department section and may act as a resource for others in these areas, including Laboratory Staff, Physicians, and Nurses.
