Job Description : National access control installation company seeks qualified hospitality electronic lock software trainer for networked systems. Duties to include however not limited to:

Configure electronic lock software
Network configuration: IP addressing, VLAN configuration
Attach, detatch, and back up SQL databases
Interface lock software with front desk PMS systems: OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed
Train customers on use of electronic lock software

Company paid travel is required for this position.
Location of work
Work will be performed in a fast paced environment at locations such as hotels, universities, and apartment buildings located throughout the US and its territories.
Candidates must have the ability to travel for work on a weekly basis. All travel and lodging expenses paid by company. Onsite work will be required roughly 80% of time. The remaining 20% of work will be performed remotely from the Software Trainer’s home office.
Weekend work may be required on a case-by-case basis.
Travel will be within the US and its territories.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel by air.
Training will be provided in various systems and software used.
Desired qualifications 2 years experience in same or like field.
Software training and configuration experience including:
· Software training for end-users
· Familiarity with Front desk PMS systems: OnQ, Opera, Fosse, lightspeed, etc.
· SQL experience: ability to attach, detach, and back up SQL databases
· Command line and Powershell literate
· Network configurations including IP addressing and VLAN
Computer literate in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Compensation and Benefits This position is contract-to-hire. The successful candidate will be offered a temporary contract for the duration of the company-provided training. A salaried position will be offered after satisfactory completion of company-provided training.
