Belgrade Holiday Inn Express & Suites is hiring for an Assistant General Manager with a willingness to lead, take charge, give direction, and motivate staff. have open availability to work flexible shifts
have proficient computer skills
possess a courteous, professional demeanor
have experience in hotel/hospitality management preferred
demonstrate and communicate an understanding of profitability
have experience in cash and credit card handling preferred
demonstrate ability to supervise staff, train, coach, and mentor new employees
have ability to work with a sense of urgency
The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in performing required administrative duties including employee performance management, hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline. Will also be responsible for aspects of daily operations such as inventory control, processing bank deposits, work orders, customer complaints, and other tasks and processes as assigned as required by the corporate office.
