We hope you get the chance to visit our building and experience a culture that is unlike any other.Your ChallengeThe HR Administrative Assistant will support the Talent & Organizational Development Department by assisting in the implementation of various projects, providing organizational reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining budgets, and a full range of administrative responsibilities. If you’re a dynamic individual with solid experience as an Administrative Assistant coupled with consummate professionalism, then this might just be the role for you!Your ResponsibilitiesMaintains data, compiles, and sends weekly/monthly/quarterly departmental reports.Manages department calendars and reminders.Responsible for scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.Administers the processes for employee lifecycle documentation including offer letters, personnel file creation, personnel action forms, and related interdepartmental communication.Supports departmental events and functions including preparations for workshops, meetings, career fairs, etc.Acts as first-level support and triage for DWFritz internal customers’ questions, comments, and concerns. Directs them and provides guidance on appropriate parties and/or resources to address issues.Records, manages, and maintains internal documents and standard operating procedure documentation for the T&OD Department.Responsible for tracking and submitting team expenses, booking, and coordinating team travel, and reconciling departmental invoices.Aids the Talent Acquisition team in promoting employer brand and open positions through job boards, social media, educational channels, and career events.Maintain the Global HR Drive by ensuring accuracy, year-end archiving, as well as current year folder creation, along with other maintenance, as needed. In addition to the Global HR Drive, maintain and update the accountability software used by the HR Ops team.Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.Other duties as assigned.Your QualificationsMust be well-organized, dependable, and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and work effectively with all departments.Must possess strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to partner with managers throughout the business and understand their needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to and voicing opinions in large groups.Some knowledge of HR laws and best practices.Your Education and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant1 years’ experience in Human Resources or as an assistant to an HR department and/or executive.Equal Opportunity StatementDWFritz is an equal opportunity employer.
