Position : HR Assistant
Job Description : We are looking for a high energy Human Resources Assistant to join a great team here in the Broomfield area. The position requires 1 year of HR experience and is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow in their career.
DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR Assistant:
Assisting in recruitment efforts including; posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews and participating in the interview process
Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Verifying any employment sent to HR department.
Assisting with coding for HR related billing.
Assisting with any new hire paperwork, I-9’s and E-verify as needed.
Maintaining and updating human resource files and records.
Willing to perform audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documentation
Entering employee data into computer database
Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
Assisting with HR meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
Provides general clerical support to HR Department
