Job Description : Vellgus Red Light is looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.The HR Assistant responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining physical and digital personnel recordsUpdate internal databases with new hire information and onboard new hiresCreate and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies and build/reinforce company cultureGather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysSchedule job interviews and contact candidates as neededDevelop training and onboarding materialRespond to employees’ questions about benefitsAd-hoc tasks related to HRRequirements1+ year work experience in HRCertificate or Diploma in Human Resources ManagementBasic knowledge of labor legislationExperience using spreadsheets and other office automation systemGreat organizational skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsOnly selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
