Job Description : We are a well-established and very busy, 24/7 manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to assist production employees on both our day shifts and overnights shifts.

Swing Shift (M-F, 2PM to 10PM w/flexibility)

Job Details:

This role is focused on employee interaction, will be the liaison between management and production personnel, will oversee all aspects of new hire paperwork, I-9s, time clock management, attendance, employee relations, ensuring all paperwork and employment records are up to date, assist in recruiting, interviewing, scheduling site tours, on-boarding of new hires, answering employee questions and building relationships.
We run four 12-hour shifts and need someone who can ensure coverage for all shift employees.
The weekly schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 2PM-10PM (can be flexible on start and end times) with occasional Saturday/Sunday on-site visits.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in HR Coordinating (preferably in manufacturing), will be a natural leader motivated to build relationships and develop winning strategies toward retention and culture development.
This is a direct-hire, long-term career opportunity with lots of room for growth and advancement.
The starting base pay range is $75K-$95K (doe) plus benefits and incentives.
