Position : HR Generalist – Montana
Job Description : The HR Generalist is responsible for performing broad professional human resources tasks to support policies, procedures and programs including benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
Essential Functions
Main duties
Recruiting
Facilitate and engage in the recruiting process
Organize New Hire Onboarding
Support hiring managers with roles and responsibilities and Job Descriptions
Maintain employee data changes in HRIS
Other
Creating a positive work environment through relationship building
Create reports, manage projects and/or other duties as requested
Provide leadership and strengthen internal communications with staff at all levels
Lead Change Management and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities
Skills and Competencies
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
Strong team work and project management skills
Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, very high-growth environment
Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and look for better ways to do things
Relish working in a company with a diverse and fast paced environment
Personable, fun, team oriented
Enjoys collaboration with others and creating innovative and fun projects
Education and Experience
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources a plus
SHRM designation a plus
Minimum 4 years of HR experience (manufacturing environment a plus)
HRIS (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, etc) experience

Travel Requirements
Potential travel to and between the company’s manufacturing and sales locations may be required (5-10%).
