Job Description : Front Range Staffing is seeking an HRIS / Human Resources Operations Manager.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess 6+ years’ experience in HRIS Systems HR Manager role within a large organization with the following skills and experience:
Vetting, Implementation and Managing HRIS, Payroll Systems and HR processes including payroll, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, approvals, and rewards/benefits.Managing Human Resources data analytics and reporting in HR software tools and ensure data alignment across tools.Advanced analytical skills including Database Management/Excel vlookup/pivot tables.Creating systems, processes and training materials for HRIS Systems, tools and logic.Manage internal and external auditing, and creating dashboards and reports to communicate trends.Performance reviews, merit/compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or equivalent experience.
Annual salary is between $92,500 – $129,000 to start, depending on experience.
