Job Description : Under the direction of HR Advisor, the incumbent will support all internal and external HR related inquires and requests.Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquires or requestsAssist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, performing reference and criminal background checksAssist in the administration of the on-boarding process by new employee & agency associates set up coordination and trainingCompiling materials and maintaining employee database recordsAssist with setting up employees & owner operator drivers re-certification trainingSupport Health&Safety OfficerAssist with employee inquiries (EE Zone &, UKG logins)Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practicesMaintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files ad records.Other requirements as neededQualification: Recent graduate from Human Resources Management program or 1-2 yrs. of equivalent experienceComputer Proficient (MS Office) and related business and communications toolsKnowledge of OHS, Human Rights Code, ESA, CLC.Effective HR administration and people management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks well under pressure and meets tight deadlinesGreat organizational and time management skillsMeticulous attention to detail and resourcefulAbility to run reports, compile data using excelAbility to accurately follow instructions.Groupe Robert is an equal opportunity employer.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health carePaid time offRRSP matchVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:human resources: 1 year (required)
