Your day.

As an HR Assistant you need to know how to:

With minimal supervision, administer or assist in coordination of all Human Resources Department expectations, goals and requirements.

Act as the first point of contact for all associates and potential associates who have general HR related questions and model high quality customer service and responsiveness to each person.

Provide administrative support to the daily operations of the HR department.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Your experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent, required

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

Strong communication, human/interpersonal relations, and computer/word processing/spreadsheet skills, required

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, required

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and maintain a professional image, required

At least two (2) years of HR experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
