Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall administration and coordination of the human resources process and plans. This position requires a sense of urgency to respond and react to our fast-paced culture with exceptional skills to follow through. We are seeking a motivated, relational, and detail-oriented individual.
Primary Role:

Organize and support employee life cycles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Audit and run semi-monthly payroll

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
Excellent skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Budget and finance experience is a plus.

The annual salary ranges from $55,000-$65,000 dependent on experience & skill level. We pay well and provide great benefits including healthcare, flexible work schedules, generous time off, as well as the opportunity for company ownership with profit sharing.
