Job Description : AFC Urgent Care in Denver is currently seeking to fill an open HR Manager position. Our HR manager must be an organized guru, who has great attention to detail and is looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
The HR Manager performs specific tasks related to HR operations and is responsible for the workflow, communication, departmental records, statistics and resources for the Business Office. The manager will also be assigned to special projects or reports and is expected to demonstrate individual initiative, exercise good judgment, discretion and the ability to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Manages assistant who collects, calculates, and enters payroll data.
Maintaining & staying up to date on local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Conflict resolution for staff of over 150.
Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer’s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
Assist in the processing payroll bi-weekly and manages the bonus process.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in HR management for at least 5 years
Bachelors degree preferred, not required
In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
Expert in pay-roll processing
Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
