The Immunology Account Manager is a key member of our customer facing organization and is responsible for partnering with customers to address identified needs.The Immunology Account Manager with our client is expected to develop and execute a territory sales plan, develop sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales efforts with strategic manufacturing and distribution partners, support the needs of the medical practice clients and participate in company sales planning, meetings and reporting as its relates to specialty medications and therapy management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results, building relationships, customer focus, and promoting all sales and marketing programs.Primary Responsibilities for Immunology Account Manager: You will call on specialty physicians offices to meet KPIs and financial targets.Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between our company and customers.Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities.Continuously build understanding our customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information.Required Qualifications for Immunology Account Manager: Bachelor’s degree REQUIREDExperience in Immunology, Oncology, Hematology, GI, Dermatology, DME, Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion or Lab sales preferredProven track record of sales success.
