How you will be making an impact:
Respond to our customers’ insurance questions on behalf of our carriers via phone, text, email, or through the app
Help our existing customers with their current policies
Identify ways to continue improving our customer service process
Taking care of our customers starts with taking care of you:
Starting salary of $40,000 + Uncapped Commissions (on-target earnings: $80,000+)

You’d make a great fit if you have:
High school diploma
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, restaurant, cafe, events, etc)
You’re great with people and love helping others
You can easily multitask and juggle lots of different tasks
