What We Offer:

100% Work from Home position!
Two weeks fully paid training
An hourly base of $15.80 per hour + bonus
Full-time position – 40 hours per week!

The Job:

As a WORK FROM HOME Inbound Security Service and Sales Associate, you will interact with existing customers who are wanting to review their bills, discuss any issues they may be having, and activate equipment they purchased for their home security system. You’ll be:

Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listen to the customer’s request
Reviewing the customers billing and providing clear understanding of the services and packages on their file
Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
An Empathetic nature with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
Intellectual mind with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
Problem solving skills, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment.
The ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously with an entrepreneurial, sales and customer service driven spirit.
Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
Sales and/or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment
