Job Description : Equivalent Experience
Description:
This department falls under the Trust and Safety team.
Review/complete Dasher Appeals and take the appropriate actions based off of DoorDash’s workflows and process
Triage our legal escalations queue by quickly diagnosing the type of case, labeling it appropriately, and escalating to the appropriate team
Review/complete Dasher Incident Reports and take the appropriate actions based off of DoorDash’s workflows and process

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in high demand fast moving environment
Data competency, including ability to answer business questions
Able to identify trends, and problem solve to identify effective product and operational countermeasures
Able to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with cross functional partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills–including top notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using DoorDash’s brand voice and tone
Positive outlook and optimism in the face of challenges and negative situations
The manager is looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills.
Must have strong documentation and reviewing information skills.
