Position : Inside Sales Representative
Job Description : Elementum 3D is looking for a hard-working, Inside Sales Specialist to join our Erie, CO based team. What you’ll do:
Position Objective:
Provide customer service and sales support to customers, business development teams, and operations teams. The position will report to the VP of Sales.
Essential Functions:
· Assist customers in selecting products, checking inventory, and producing quotes, discussing customer CAD files to prepare for printing.
· Manage incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
· Produce sales orders and production tickets.
· Technical writing of Purchase Orders and other documents.
· Understand the ERP application at a beginner level.
· Perform customer service functions.
· Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
· Perform other duties as required by supervisor. May include customer will call support, shipping and receiving, hot shot deliveries, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties.
Experience and Abilities Required:
· Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level.
· Experience in manufacturing, 3D printing, metal part sales, materials sales is preferred.
· Experience with aerospace, research environments, and automotives preferred.
· Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
· Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
· Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Characteristics and Competencies Required:
· Positive attitude.
· Safety conscious.
· Able to follow instructions.
Education Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
