As an intern, some of your roles and responsibilities may include:
Participate in maintenance and creation of project documentation (e.g. safety, materials, change orders, quantities, and productivity records)
Assist with invoicing and preparing supporting documentation, tracking and request forms
Participate in client meetings and interpreting requirements
Support Facilities Management and sustainability projects
Collaborate across the Company business units
Understand the process and details involved with project scheduling and planning
Learning and assisting with additional estimating of costs for scope development
Learn how to prepare quantity take-offs supporting the estimating stage of the project lifecycle
Participate in activities in both a traditional office setting and a virtual WFH office
Track deliverables across the team
Any additional opportunities in related projects to solidify the learning experience

REQUIREMENTS
A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning
Available from May to August, 2022
Completed or pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field. Examples include:
Business / commerce
Building systems engineering / technician / technologist
Civil engineering / technician / technologist
Construction engineering technology
Construction management
Environmental engineering / technician / technologist
Estimating and Quantity Surveying
Information Technology
Project management
Sustainability programs
