Job Description : Role: Intune SME (iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, Rugged devices)

Required Technical expertise
8+ years of total experience in managing iOS, Android, Windows, HoloLens, Rugged devices using any MDM Solution and minimum 3+ years of experience on Intune.
Migration Experience of Windows 10 device from On-Prem AD+SCCM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment is must.
Knowledge on Apple Business Manager, Apple Developer Portal, Google Play Enterprise portal is must.
Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be additional advantage.
In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies
Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e., managing application lifecycle.
Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices
Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10
Knowledge on MS-Graph and Power BI will be an added advantage
Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Intune SME, you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management.
Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience.
Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.
Preferred Technical expertise (Added Advantage)
Knowledge on creating packages using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)
Expert-level Windows 10 build architecture and deployment experience, including customization and “branding” of a Windows 10 build
“Windows Autopilot” deployment experience using Azure/Intune
Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
Implementation of Kiosk Profiles
Experience in device management for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android
Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform, most particularly with Intune and multiple Windows AutoPilot profiles
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a must
Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES)
Excellent teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently
Proven interpersonal skills and have basic knowledge office tools (e.g., Excel) for collecting and manipulating distribution results.
