Position : IT Business Analyst

Job Description : Coordinates the planning and implementation of business systems in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Responsible for working with internal customers in identifying information opportunities and practical solutions through the use of existing or new business systems technology.
Job Description:

Uses acquired skills and experience related to Business management and operations management, to provide support to end users, and facilitates solving their business problems / issues with software functionality and available technology.
Often acts as a business expert, and assists users in defining their needs, analyzing and documenting their business process, as well as drafting requirement documentation, for programming requests.
Participate in the ongoing system design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
Assists with the creation of procedures for applications functionality.
Responsible for helping to maximize system capability by delivering visual, dynamic and interactive on-demand reports and dashboards.
May be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies, standards and methodologies.
May be responsible for training users to interpret information systems reports, and effectively use the business system.
Works with other departmental personnel in developing corporate strategies to meet current and long-term organizational needs, identifying other software tools and hardware necessary for successful business problem resolution.
Participates in defining project scopes and objectives.
Participates in project teams, working to achieve project schedules, results, and deadlines.
Active member on business system implementation project team, supporting successful project metrics and operation of information systems and required equipment.
Manages liaison between information systems and other functions in the company.
Acts to ensure integrity of corporate data, proprietary information and related intellectual property through information security and access management.
Participates in continuous improvement or re-engineering efforts. Supports and helps to implement new ideas.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Two (2) to Four (4) years related experience
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts)
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
Performs tasks utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

Nice to have:

Experience with an ERP system
Experience in validating software (Validation of Software in an FDA environment a plus)
Experience with manufacturing systems in general

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,895.00 – $100,181.00 per year
