Position : IT Support Specialist
Job Description : We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to collaborate with the IT & People Operations teams to ensure that all Ritual employees have the tools, access and systems they need to be successful from day one.
This is a high impact role that connects you to every Ritual employee. It’s a chance to work across a variety of systems and technologies, and to leverage your curiosity and creativity on a team with lots of room to grow.
As an IT Support Specialist at Ritual you will…
Help manage our onboarding and off-boarding processes from an IT Support stand point. Defining roles and assigning application groups appropriate to department or job function.
Take ownership of services and the processes related to supporting Ritual team members. Be the point of contact and escalation for repairs and replacements.
Administer different systems including configuring roles and managing approval for accounts. It’ll be up to you to ensure the right people have the right access and that means sometimes saying ‘not yet’.
Triage and escalate issues – you’ll have to understand when you’re out of your depth and who to connect with to help. You are part of a team working towards our mutual success.
Build up documentation and runbooks on the processes you help to develop or refine. Show initiative!
Handle equipment ordering, inventory and licensing.
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist that…
Has Google GSuite administration experience
Has exposure to business tools like Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, Zoom, OKTA
Has some experience with management endpoint systems
Has experience managing security software like Cylance and Umbrella
Has been hands on with Mac administration and configuration to support an organization or team
Has practical experience in IP networking, VPNs, enterprise WiFi
