Position : Janitorial Team Member
Job Description : Actively exhibits, through consistent behavior, respect to customers and coworkers. Serves as a member of the janitorial team to ensure that the contract requirements are being met in a safe environment.
Required Skills
Must be dependable and honest.
Must be self-motivated, flexible, enjoy challenges.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
Able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods.
Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
Able to go up and down steps, climb ladders, and work overhead.
Tolerance of extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
Must be willing to work evenings and/or weekends to satisfy store needs
Ability to work in a variety of conditions including outdoors and in various temperatures
Requires frequent reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Applicant must pass a background check.
Required Experience
0-2 years
Knowledge of janitorial procedures preferred.
