Job Description : SonderMind is a VC-backed digital health company redesigning behavioral health through covered and timely access, increased utilization, and data-validated quality outcomes. We are a team of Explorers, Builders, and Change Makers democratizing the complicated world of behavioral healthcare for therapists and clients alike.
How you’ll make an impactSonderMind is looking for a creative* Junior Animator* to develop excellent visual frames with 2D/3D or other techniques. To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled in After Effects software and storytelling. We will rely on you to maintain and adhere to brand guidelines, including calling out when and where they don’t make sense.Success looks like

Joining images with background graphics and special effects
Ensuring synchronization of frames and audio
Participate as a team member in determining various aesthetic solutions; provide feedback to other members of the team.
Creating animation cycles

What you’ll doAs part of the SonderMind team, you will translate design comps into final production files, handle layout tweaks and copy changes as needed prior to delivery, and drive and maintain design consistency across deliverables. You’ll be a core part of our creative team, helping to deliver excellent work across a variety of media.What you’ll bring with youKey Competencies

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts (or comparable work experience).
A portfolio and experience that demonstrate your ability to deliver accuracy and consistency.
Exceptional organizational, listening, and communication skills.
Knowledge of production processes, technologies, and design.
Working knowledge of industry-standard software (Adobe CC, After Effects, Cinema 4d, Blender).

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of project-management software. Such as Monday, Slack, etc.
Basic knowledge of the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.)

Our BenefitsThe anticipated salary range for this role is $50,000- $55,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan.
