Job Description : Description/Job SummaryTo prepare, analyze and action operational business analytics, working both independently and in cross-functional teams to advance organization priorities. Working both with front line staff and management, you will bring order to chaos in a fast-growing business using insightful analysis and accurate report generation. As part of a market leading medical device manufacturer selling mobility products, you will help us sustain the growth we’ve seen throughout the COVID pandemic by contributing to information flow, transparency, and systems upgrades throughout our organization.· Full time, permanent position.· Will accept remote work applicants, however the ability to be regularly present in our Beamsville, ON office is considered an asset.Responsibilities/Duties· Creating and analyzing freight reports to ensure expense management, optimal passthrough rates, and other operational objectives.· Creating and analyzing product pricing reports to achieve comparative margin targets, ERP pricing accuracy, and other operational objectives.· Collect and analyze cross functional teams’ feedback to create report dashboards that will influence management decisions.· Product configuration quality assurance, both for internal ERP order entry and e-commerce website.· Create and maintain various cross-functional databases of relevant customer and internal information.· Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment.· Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.· Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary.· Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management.To be successful in this role, you will have..· Medium-to-advanced excel skills: Pivot tables, formulas, etc.· Medium proficient business communication skills that carefully balance of clarity and concision.· Advanced computer productivity skills: Whether it’s Excel, email, or web browsing, you are a shortcut wizard bending the screen to your will.· A passion about organizing data and bringing order to chaos, while also being able to analyze and provide actionable insights.· An ability to operate independently, quickly actioning specific tasks.· An ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve in a lean, fast-paced working environment.· A desire to grow quickly.
