For all interested candidates, the assessment is mandatory for the application process : https://apply.wonscore.io/K64Q7X/Beta-Calco* Open to remote candidates from anywhere Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the ETL pipeline and ensure data integrity for all of Beta Calco’s analytical dashboards, using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Clicdata, Tableau, or PowerBIDevelop and maintain SQL queries to extract data from different sources.Create cloud-based data pipelines by implementing the proper logic using the proper analytical tools.Analyze sales and financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their effect on key performance indicators.Assist in pricing new products through constant collaboration with the Engineering, Purchasing, and Marketing team. (Create sensitivity costing sheets, Market research, etc.).Provide periodic Marketing data analysis to support and improve Beta-Calco’s marketing strategy and new product development projects.Consistently look into upgrading Beta-Calco’s tech stack to assist with improving and automating Beta-Calco’s internal processes.Be curious. Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about innovation in the field, explore and implement use cases for data science/data analytics to improve current systemsSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or other analytical disciplines.1-3 years’ data analysis and modeling experience.Experience with one or more Business Intelligence (BI) Tools such as Tableau, Periscope, ClicData, Power BI, SAS BI, Looker, Qlik Sense, or Dundas BI.Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and SQLExperience with Python requiredOutstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Experience working with, and presenting to stakeholdersExperience with Data Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Data Ingestion & Data Mining, Flow Charting, Process Improvement, and Powerpoint.Must be well organized, able to prioritize, multitask as well as work independently.Attention to detail and ability to quickly find alternative solutions to challengesSelf-starter with the initiative to learn and perform in a fast-paced, challenging environment.A Masters Degree / MBA would be an asset but not required.Other skills that would be beneficial, include: Machine Learning for Data Science, A/B Testing, Google AnalyticsBeta Calco Inc. is committed to providing accessible employment practices that comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
