Position : Junior Financial Assistant
Job Description : Purpose:
The Junior Financial Assistant works as part of a team reporting to the Financial Officer and generally under the direction of the Financial Officer (FO), Senior Financial Officer (SFO) and Executive Officer (EO). The position works in assisting in ensuring that the goals and objectives in the areas of the financial operations emanating from the Office of the Executive Officer are met.
Education:
Successful Completion of Second Year Accounting full time undergraduate program preferred.
Experience:
Some experience with bookkeeping and working with accounts.
Skills:
Excellent Organization skills. Accuracy essential. Intermediate Spreadsheet (Excel) skills. Good oral and written communications skills. Acute attention to detail. Initiative to resolve problems and offer solutions. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
