Specific Job Description:
RMSL is a growth company with an outstanding job opportunity for a Junior Recruiter position with the Administrative Team. The Junior Recruiter will be an integral part of a small cross functional team supporting hiring managers with recruiting and hiring talented individuals. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, developing a network of candidates, and ensuring a fit for candidates. This individual must demonstrate good communication skills, approachable demeanor, patience, and targe driven. This position is full time, at-will exempt and will report to the Business Administration Manager.
Duties Include:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process to include, but not limited to: job requisition; recruiting workflow; regular reporting of hiring process; recruitment costs; training for hiring managers; potential travel
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens candidates for culture fits and provides a report to the Hiring Manager that summarizes discussion and determination.
Schedules interviews within a 24-hour window of deeming culture fit
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with key personnel and have a general understand of the position and what characteristics are desirable in a candidate.
Collaborates with the Hiring Manager and Business Admin Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details (i.e. background checks, drug-screen, etc.).
Establishes hiring needs of the business with Business Admin Manager.
Send Business Admin Manager and Hiring Manager reports that provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports weekly.
Works with Hiring Manager to identify position priority and filter through resumes for qualifications, relevant knowledges, skills and experience and education.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license
Experience with recruiting software (BambooHR preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Working experience in similar role(s)
