Job Description : Vital Detail Landscapes, LLC is hiring for all positions for landscape maintenance.
Crew Lead
Crew Members
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $14.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

8–10-hour shifts
Must be able to start at 0530
Overtime available
Weekend availability

Essential Function & Job skills:
· Knowledge of irrigation
o Set up
o Management
o Ability to troubleshoot system
· Understand and follow verbal/written direction
· Perform skills related to maintenance
o Digging
o Crouching
o Reaching
o Bending
o Lifting
o Walking
o Standing for long periods of time
· Work independently and with team
Physical Demands
· Able to lift 50lbs
o Equipment, tools, supplies need to be carried, lifted or pushed
· Contact with various plants, flowers and trees
· Must be able to work in summer and winter climates
Experience

Landscape Maintenance (1year preferred)
Landscape Irrigation (1year preferred)
Landscape Paver (1year preferred)
Hardscape (1year preferred)

Licenses/ Certification/ Qualifications

Driver License – required for those operating Vital Detail Landscape fleet vehicles
Must have clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work safely with equipment
Must be able to work year-round in Arizona weather
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to follow company safety requirements

Responsibilities
· Wanted Install Crew Member to create gorgeous properties by providing installations for a variety of commercial, industrial, and/or public properties
· Maintain professional attitude and work ethic while working with clients
· Safely operating commercial grade landscaping equipment
o Be able to properly place material and other landscaping elements as directed
· Demonstrate compliance with all aspects of the company uniform policy
o be clean, presentable, well-groomed, neat and wear proper shoes
· Crew member must be able to complete and work with following tasks:
o Drainage, irrigation, and sprinkler installation and repair
o Synthetic Turf installation
o Digging holes or trenches
o Installation of Trees, Plants, and shrubs
o Reliable and dependable
· Crew member must be able to be able to lay pavers to include
o Traditional concrete pavers
o Travertine
o Porcelain
o Pool decking
· Not required but missionary work is a benefit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekend availability
