Landscape Foreman & Field Supervisors
Outdoor Craftsmen is hiring a Project Manager experienced in high end residential landscape projects.

Responsibilities:

Communication – Inform clients about site logistical considerations, schedules, start/end times, progress and on an ongoing basis throughout the project. Answer any and all questions client has concerning logistics, issues, HOA, neighbors, etc. Communicate all client concerns to the construction team.
Procure unique specialty materials from vendors.
Sub-contractors – Meet with to review scope of work, schedule and inspect work of all sub-contractors on job site.
Schedule and met with inspectors. Close out all inspections.
Track/Monitor budgeted labor hours and schedule, budgeted materials.
Billing – Communicate to office staff progress billing percentages, review billing and present invoices to client and collect payment.
Complete final walk-through with client and fill out final punch list. Coordinate the completion of all punch list items.
Warranty – Respond to clients questions concerning warranty issues. Communicate completed warranty work to client.
Review and approve all time sheets for crews.
As-builts, watering schedules, controller sheets.
Training client on Irrigation, Lighting System and any other aspect of the landscape that needs explaining.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in the landscape industry
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Friendly and comfortable creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and crew members of all ages and from all backgrounds (this includes face to face interaction, phone calls, emails, text messages, etc)
Commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and other trades.
Bilingual preferred
Have a valid driver’s license

Compensation/Benefits
Salary ranges from $20 – $30 for an earnings potential of $50,000 to $85,000 annually. Our benefits package includes paid holidays, 401K, and paid time off.
