Position : Lead Program Coordinator- Communities That Care- Youth & Family Services
Job Description : Summit County Youth and Family Services (Y&F) is seeking a Lead Program Coordinator for its Communities That Care Coalition. Applicants must have experience in a variety of coalition Leadership, community planning and administrative duties in support of the Communities That Care (CTC) Initiative and its Communities that Care Strategic Plan. Candidate will serve as a primary contact for the coalition and its activities to internal and external clients. Responsible for the processing of confidential documents. Serve as project leader of the Strategic Plan. This position delegates responsibilities to and coordinates with the CTC Program Assistant position.
Qualifications
Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to deal with public effectively and be able to perform a wide range of supportive clerical tasks. Job requires strong leadership, writing and proofreading skills and must be able to handle all confidential information in a professional and discrete manner. Coalition experience with skilled proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office procedures are required. A background in Public Health or Youth Prevention is a plus! Must be dependable, a self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team and must be detail-oriented.
