Job Description : We are seeking a Licensed Property Manager to be our Leasing Agent in our established company. The successful candidate will have experience in property management leasing, including, management of all operational aspects; management of client expectations, management of complex issues, such as; fiduciary, physical facility improvements and maintenance, and have the ability to manage time constraints in a busy office. We are seeking someone with strong customer service and leadership skills who will promote excellence within themselves, the staff, and throughout the community.Basic job duties will include:Helping customers find their perfect homeProcessing paper and online applicationsAssist with creating documents to lease unitsMoving approved applicants into our computer systemProblem solving common concerns from tenants and property ownersOther office duties as neededA successful candidate will:Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with staff, residents, vendors, and associated agenciesEffectively help motivate staff through positive morale and setting an example to ensure outstanding performanceAdhere to timely completion of required reports to clientsEnforce and adhere to company policies, rules, safety practices and regulationsWe are looking for a candidate who is committed and has a willingness to excel in the field of property management!A Montana Property Manager or Montana Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License is a plus to be considered for this position. Please visit the MT Board of Realty Regulation website for more information.Minimum Qualifications:Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.Must be dependable, reliable, able to take direction and work independently to complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner.Must be organized, efficient, have the ability to prioritize, have excellent follow-up and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).Experience with Appfolio or hands on property management operations experience is a plus!Full-time is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm during the busy summer season.
