Job Description : 1. Leasing Responsibilitiesa. Showing prospective residents around the community, while making sure they are excited to be there!

Explain services. Accept applications for residency. All activities conducted within Equal

Housing Opportunity laws.b. Cheerfully answer phones. * Using a strong and professional greeting approved at the
community. Paint “word pictures” to describe community tofuture residents and attempt to set an appointment with theprospect.c. Consistently and accurately track all traffic.d. Follow-up on traffic to close the deal!

Telephones traffic within 48 hours to thank them for coming to

our community.e. Effectively qualifies future residents. * Verifies applications, prepares, resident files, and relatedpaperwork within 48 hours by Community Manager.f. Understands and accurately prepares all lease paperwork. * Assists management in completing an accurate market survey.2. Resident Servicea. Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents andpeers.

All interaction with residents and future residents.

b. Consistently stands and greets all future residents. * Current and future tenants are our number one priority without
them, we are nothing.c. Handles service requests from residents.d. Attends to resident concerns, complaints or inquiries.3. Office Responsibilitiesa. Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout allproperty operations.

Promptly attend to resident complaints and/or comments.

b. Make unsolicited calls to residents to ensure service satisfaction. * Respond to all feedback from customers with corrective action.
c. Conduct positive customer service social calls.d. Conduct thorough move-in orientation and apartment inspection withnew residents.

Complete paperwork, prepare lease, sign lease. Accompany

resident to view apartments. Assign to property director, asneeded.4.Other Office Responsibilitiesa. Perform all tasks assigned by Property Director.

As set on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrates effective word

processing skills and effectively utilizes computer programs asdirected by Property Director.b. Flexibility to frequent change within property, office and company. * Willing to cover other properties as needed, and as directed by
Property Director and/or Regional Manager.c. Exercise confidentiality.

Keeps business matters private and, if unsure, communicates

with Property Director and Assistant Property Director.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAll other duties assigned by your supervisor, not listed as essential functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
