What You Will Do:

Complete the creation of new loan application in our Encompass system for each borrower.
Gather and obtain required paperwork, documents, and disclosures on behalf of the borrower.
Adds applicable Preliminary/UW conditions prior to Processing handoff. Work with processing and underwriting to address critical application challenges when they arise.
Responsible for meeting quality and quantity standards for each loan and customer.
Monitor critical key dates in Encompass to ensure information is obtained in timely fashion to meet deadlines.
Partner with borrower daily to request information and ensure completion of paperwork/documentation.
Ensure Loan Officer, processors, realtors, and borrower are kept undated throughout the loan process.
Provide support to the borrower as questions arise throughout the process.
Work within the CRM System Lead Management system.
Meet goals, SLA’s, and KPI’s at least 90% of the time – An “A-Player”
Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Candidates WITHOUT the following will NOT be considered:

Must live in the Denver Metro area
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent (BA.BS preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant
Experience: High volume, fast-paced loan funding (75+/month).
License/Certification: Yes, or able to obtain within 100 days
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage/execute multiple active projects.
Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced level of knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, and loan systems (Encompass).
Ability to accurately complete basic to complex income calculations.
Ability to complete responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication with all parties involved.
Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers.
Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a high degree of personal accountability.
Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet attendance requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000 – $62,400 (Base + Bonus)
