Pine Financial Group is a well-established real estate finance company working with real estate investors across multiple states. Our clients call often seeking our expertise in the market or to invest in our public fund — and sometimes they call just to chat! Based in Wheat Ridge, we have a fun and open office environment with a strong team focus and entrepreneurial mindsets.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for success to help us propel our growth.
Responsibilities include:

Work with our loan officers, executive staff, and clients to process private money loan packages.
Prepare documents and work with title companies to schedule closings.
Ensure client files properly move through each processing stage by working with various vendors including insurance companies, appraisers, contractors, title companies, and attorneys.
Help us grow by offering and implementing ideas for improvement.
Answer phones and help with client inquires.

The ideal candidate will:
