ADLI Logistics is currently looking for an Logistics Coordinator to join our Transportation Department.Responsibilities:Dealing with variety of different carriers to secure rates and availability and transit time.Arrange pick-up and/or delivery of client orders for both Domestic and TransborderTracking & tracing/monitor shipment status and relay status to customerUpdate TMS with accessorial charges and ensure load is complete and accurate for billingSchedule appointments for inbounds and outboundsCoordinate container and airport deliveries to warehouseWill work in both WMS and TMS to manage order fulfillment and transportation of ordersQualifications:3-5 year experience in similar roleAdditional Skills:Cross border experience an assetExperience with dangerous goods and temp controlled an assetKnowledge of different types of equipment for transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a face paced environmentGeographic knowledge of Canada and US an assetExcellent communication skillsFluent in EnglishAbility to multi-task and work under pressureKnowledge of Office 365, load linkAbility to learn in house TMS and WMSWe offer:Competitive market salaryMedical and dental planRRSP MatchingExtensive trainingClean and safe work environmentAccessible by public transitJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressDental careDisability insuranceExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingRRSP matchSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:dispatch: 3 years (preferred)Work remotely:NoCOVID-19 precaution(s):Remote interview processPersonal protective equipment provided or requiredTemperature screeningsSocial distancing guidelines in placeVirtual meetingsSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
