Job Description : Looking for an exceptional personJob # 1 is Planning, forecasting, and ordering products for our dealer base across North America. It takes analytical, strategic, and results-oriented inventory management professionals to build our brand partnerships, forecast client behaviours, and optimize inventory levels across our network. Operations and logistics complete the product’s journey into our dealers’ hands. Our upbeat and innovative team continually improves speed and accuracy on our promise to our dealers in a fast-growing and ever-evolving marketplace.Job responsibilities: Review & action Inventory requirements based on our continued market analysis.Create POs as needed and track purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of inventory to our various warehouses.Lead and oversee allocations with analytical insights that support sales performanceProvide transparency on fill rates with the team.Communicate and elevate late key launches to team focused on inventory strategyEnsure timely receiving of inventory and communicate if there is a risk to businessEnsure accurate purchasing & allocation of inventoryGenerate reporting on vendor fill rates and lead time accuracyAdditional portfolio projects, as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related fieldSimilar experience in the wholesale industry is preferredTechnical savviness and advanced Excel skills.
