Job Description : eCycle Solutions Inc. provides recycling solutions for electronics with environmentally friendly, secure and transparent recycling solutions for end-of-life-electronics across Canada.The Maintenance Coordinator, under the direction of the Plant Manager, will organize and lead the maintenance team and executes the plant’s maintenance programs with a goal to achieve maximum sustainable performance and high reliability of the equipmentResponsibilities:Design, implement and manage a robust PM schedule for all the capital equipment in the plantExecutes effective Preventative Maintenance Program to deliver maximum production timeHelp manage maintenance technicians’ work schedules along with work order management to ensure maximum effectiveness of the maintenance teamManages the CMMS system to track, manage and report all maintenance activities and KPI’sAssist in developing, maintaining, executing and upgrading spare parts program to ensure adequate supply of spare parts, tools and suppliesDiagnosis and perform root cause for any equipment failure, plan breakdown maintenance to get the equipment operational and then design and implement a corrective and preventive actionPurchase parts and supplies as requiredAssists in planning and managing the maintenance budgetSchedule and manage all contractors on sitePerform other duties and projects as assigned by Plant ManagerQualifications:· Mechanical engineering degree along with minimum 2 years relevant work experience· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills· Demonstrated presentation, written, and verbal communication skills· Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environmentExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills, demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and prioritizePrevious working experience in a manufacturing environmentAble to interact with shop floor workers in a respectful and effective mannerDemonstrated strong project management skillsAbility to use AutoCAD is an assetJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingRRSP matchVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Social distancing is enforced, sanitizing sprays and gels are placed around the plant and other PPEAbility to commute/relocate:Mississauga, ON L4T 4H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
