Position : Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Overall Goal
Under limited supervision and with minimal technical guidance, keep the automated plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair.
General Responsibilities & Brief

Troubleshoot machines to diagnose trouble.
Basic understanding to dismantle machines, replace defective parts, reassemble, and make necessary adjustment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Perform intermediate troubleshooting, works with limited technical guidance, and may provide work training to less experienced maintenance staff.
The ability to organize and direct contractors on site.
To install new, or re-locate existing, equipment as required.
To advise, work on modifications to, and refurbish existing machines and equipment.
To maintain a clean and tidy area.
To advise and work on any special purpose machinery the company may purchase or build.
To advise the Manager/Supervisor of any problems which arise or are likely to arise.
All working procedures and safety standards must be adhered to.
Typically requires 2 years of technical training and 5+ years of related work experiences.
Develop Preventative Maintenance program as needed with new or existing machines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
