Position : Maintenance Technician
Job Description : Adecco is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician with a Fortune 500 company in Fort Collins, CO. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform essential duties with pay starting at $33.00/hour, plus occasional overtime. In this role, you will support the Facility Maintenance Manager in the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems for the client.
Essential Duties:
Daily assessment of systems.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment, production chillers and boilers, controls located throughout buildings, and kitchen refrigeration.
Perform tests, rounds, and analytical data to assure the proper functioning of equipment.
Responsible for performing work according to manufacturing standards and following the change process of qualified core equipment and components.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
6 or more year’s related experience is required.
Valid driver’s license and a Type 1 & Type 2 Refrigeration License preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
