Job Description:
The Manager, Employee Onboarding Experience will be responsible for designing, building and executing our new hire onboarding and new employee integration strategy, processes and programs for salaried employees in our office and field locations. You will conduct an onboarding needs assessments, partner with key stakeholders to build a roadmap, resulting in a refreshed and engaging onboarding experience from day 1 to day 90.
Candidates must have a passion for creating and delivering employee focused experiences and should be prepared to thrive in an ambiguous and high-growth environment, working with multiple business stakeholders to improve processes and tools.
You will…

Oversee all aspects of the onboarding experience, including design, implementation, communication, facilitation and metric reporting.
Work cross-functionally with all key stakeholders (e.g., TA, HRBPs, HRIS, Hiring Managers) to ensure we have the right platform, people, and processes involved to deliver an effective and consistent onboarding experience to our employees.
Create and deliver an engaging new hire virtual orientation and communicate with new hires as they integrate into the company.
Create new hire and new leader integration tools that focus on accelerated learning to support new hire retention and engagement.
Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and administer new hire learning programs.
Manage event scheduling, enrollment, and completion of onboarding processes.
Continually innovate the delivery of the new hire onboarding experience based on employee, leader, and HR feedback, and retention and engagement data and metrics.
Redesign, track, and share new hire onboarding surveys.

What you will have…

4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Learning, Customer Experience or People Consulting.
Prior experience with innovative onboarding experiences and solutions is highly preferred.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
Demonstrated experience with process design and management.
Prior experience with benchmarking, developing metrics for measures of success, surveying and data analysis.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Experience designing professional presentations and program content.
Strong track record of managing multiple processes, projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.

CO Salary: 110-120K
Position is eligible to participate, contingent on Supervisory Board Approval, in HelloFresh’s equity program.
