Manager Retail Systems
Retail Operations functions to empower everyone in the Field and Direct to Consumer (DTC) teams to align mission and activity in an environment where focus drives fulfillment, transparency drives trust and confidence, and accountability drives results.
The Manager Retail Systems provides application support for all TNF Retail business software at both the corporate and the store level. This role is a pivotal position that focuses on establishing control-related standards and procedures for TNF Retail Operations.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Manage VFID user profiles, credential management for OMS, Polaris, iPad, Square and Mobile POS platforms
Price Change approval management and pricing issue resolution partnering with Merch Ops and TNF Retail POS teams.
SFCC Event and Bonus Buy management, PLU and Promotions support, and offsite events.
Legacy POS escalation and education with collaboration from appropriate DT Support teams.
Manage ShopperTrak/Fast Sensor troubleshooting, reporting, hierarchy management and enhancements.
Manage StoreForce/Scheduling platform access, data flow, system troubleshooting and enhancements, and support platform optimization. through collaborative bi-weekly calls with StoreForce and DT.
Manage technology and equipment for new store openings collaborating with DT Network team, TNF Retail POS team, Brand Marketing, and 3rd party vendors, and, partnering with RTI/DT for store closure.
Manage user hierarchy, data feed and enhancements for the Customer Experience platform (Medallia).
Liaison between VF Services and TNF Retail POS on system interface, issues and development.
releases/fixes/bugs.
How you will do it:
Drive implementation of new business solutions, platforms, and enhancements.
Device management and software support for all business solution platforms.
Research and recommend future system solutions.
Develop business systems strategies and procedures to improve productivity as well as reduce costs.
Train and document procedures for corporate and store personnel – on new and existing applications.
Review accuracy of payables for monthly invoices for IT services
Manage POS lab and SIT/UAT activities to support store operations needs and retail support

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 years
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
Mobile POS system knowledge.
Payment Device system knowledge.
Working knowledge of scheduling platform(s).
Working knowledge of network typology.
Project management experience.
SAP working knowledge.

Salary Range: $77,760.00 USD – $116,640.00 USD annually
Annual Incentive Eligibility :
This position is eligible to participate in VF’s Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its’ Corporate and business level financial objectives.
Long Term Incentive Eligibility :
This position is not eligible for long term incentive.
