Position : Manufacturing Manager
Job Description : Summary: The Manufacturing Manager will be expected to supervise all molding and assembly activities of the plant, while maximizing utilization of fixed and personnel assets. The Manufacturing Manager will interface with Tooling, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to ensure that production requirements are met.
Requirements:
Supervise Technicians, Shift Supervisors, Assembly Department, and Shipping & Receiving
Monitor Line Clearance
Monitor Work Order Documentation
Monitor Setup and First Off Inspection Checklist
Draft and issue Quality Alerts for newly discovered issues
Monitor Quality Inspection Data Forms
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working in a plastic molding environment
5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
Demonstrate leadership qualities and abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
