Position : Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Job Description : Choice House is looking for a community outreach coordinator with experience in the addiction/mental health field to represent our organization to other healthcare providers and the general public, to increase awareness of Choice House and its services both locally and nationally. Individual must have experience in addiction/mental health field.

Represent Choice House and inform treatment professionals and current/potential referents of services provided
Conduct on-site visits and/or host visits from, referring treatment providers.
Coordinate and implement the marketing plan for Choice House Programs.
Develop and manage a calendar of site visits; conference sponsorships; and in-person visits to private practitioners and treatment center referral sources as needed.
Create brand positioning and development.
Facilitate activities with referral sources through the referral, admission, treatment and discharge process to assure the maintenance of positive referral response. Act as liaison between the referent and the facility whenever problems occur and assist in their resolution.
Cultivate new business referral sources at a local, regional, statewide, national level.
Develop productive relationships with key referral sources.
Provide direct marketing support as needed to a variety of initiatives at Choice House.
Manage administration projects including pamphlets and brochures.
Manage placement of marketing materials/messages.
Create written materials for the marketing department

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
