Job Description : Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive awareness in the Solar + Storage vertical and growth via support to product and service sales. You will be dedicated to driving digital marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring program performance and success metrics. This is a part-time role.
As the Marketing Manager, you will:

Execute marketing plans and lead product and service campaigns to promote awareness and build engagement across the solar value chain nationwide
Manage the marketing strategy and priorities for products to deliver on business and revenue goals
Partner with the product team on strategies, plans, and tactics to launch, market, and gain adoption of new products, service offerings, and software technology
Partner with the sales team to enable their efforts and the success of their acquisition, retention, and overall account management efforts.
Grow partnerships by executing joint campaigns and running sales promotions
Develop and design collateral, pitch presentations, tools, and talking points to acquire new partners and support the business development team with partner acquisition efforts
Organize and manage events ranging from partnership programs to conferences, including sponsorship, speaker applications, and other thought leadership vehicles in the solar vertical for the executive team
Manage content for corporate websites, and develop and manage other digital strategies such as social media or customer outreach
Support leadership activities by developing and drafting blog entries, bylined articles, or case studies for publication
Write press releases, for release by conjunction with public relations programs to develop story ideas for solar media outlets
Have efficient success, propose, and implement KPIs and report quarterly metrics

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Proven marketing experience in a B2B service, or B2C product business
Experience in marketing and communicating solar or consumer home products
Experience with solar PV projects and asset management preferred
Experience with CRM systems including Hubspot or Salesforce

Skills/Knowledge:

Strong relationship skills, leading and motivating internal peers and external business partners
Ability to multitask, meet deliverables and manage internal and external deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven success in launching programs from inception through full integration
Be hands-on and able to complete tasks alone as well as within a dispersed team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
