Job Description : Are you creative and have an eye for design? Feel at home on social media and love marketing? We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist for our statewide brokerage! (position will work out of Missoula shop)The ideal individual has a wide range of marketing experience (print, digital, branding and PR) has a solid understanding of all social media platforms, is tech savvy, familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Google Suite and is comfortable working on Mac operating systems. This position will be responsible for producing marketing materials, including print and online. Assisting with annual marketing schedules and budget, creation and posting of social media. Copy writing and proofing.Position Guide: Evaluate current marketing performance and communicate to General Manger recommendations and improvements needed.To negotiate, design and place brokerage marketing in different mediums including but not limited to regional print, newspaper, TV and online.Manage all social media pages for License Partner and brokerage.Creation of all brand approved post cards, social media graphics and property exposés for License Partner.Monitor 3rd party, IDX websites for License Partner listing accuracy.Assist Top Producing Brokers with social media pages.To assist in the creation of monthly email newsletters for the License Partner and Advisors.To assist in the design, creation, and distribution of the quarterly publication.Maintain the brokerage and license partner websites including blogs and provide timely updates.To be an expert in Engel & Völkers Americas brand standards and direct the brokerage and advisors in complying with all guidelines.Assist individual advisors as needed with marketing campaigns/projects.Assist General Manager with planning of special events.Experience and Education: -BA Preferred, but not required with adequate marketing experience.-Salary DOE”Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $19.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Missoula, MT 59802: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: One location
