Job Description : Job Summary: Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa is the premiere invasive and non-invasive body contouring destination in the Willamette Valley. We are seeking a talented and driven Medical Receptionist to join our thriving clinic as a key member of our team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and have excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.Essential Job Functions: Answering phone calls. Accurately taking and delivering messages to appropriate providers and staff.Daily faxing, scanning, and data entry.Scheduling new and returning patients.Knowledge of all providers’ schedules and restrictions.Patient check-in and checkout.Knowledge of verification of insurances, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance.Posting daily payments accurately, generate daily report at the end day.Professional looks, dress, hygiene and overall appearance that you would expect to see in a Plastic Surgery practice.Communicates all urgent needs & concerns to Practice AdministratorExperience and Skills: REQUIRED for the position:High School graduate or equivalent1+ Year Experience as clinical/medical front office receptionistProvide excellent customer service in positive, friendly & accommodating mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environmentGeneral knowledge of healthcare insurance and terminologyKnowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codesKnowledge of medical records confidentiality (HIPPA Compliance)DESIRED for the position:2+ Years’ Experience as clinical/medical front office receptionist1+ Years’ Experience aesthetics (Medi Spa or Plastic Surgery a major plus)Previous experience using various EMR systemsJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
