Position : Member Engagement Liaison

Nextera Healthcare is a fast paced, patient-centric family medicine practice looking for a Liaison to help our patients navigate the intricate healthcare system by being their advocate, educator, and detective.
This position is responsible for serving as a liaison between the patient, medical staff and referring offices via written and verbal communications. You will facilitate patient care services while aligning with the Company’s values and strategic goals, creating a relationship with patients working towards their optimal overall health and well-being. The Member Engagement Liaison is the primary point of contact for our Direct Primary Care members, and is responsible for welcoming and educating new members, scheduling appointments, communicating and coordinating treatment services, and nurturing the patient relationship to provide an exceptional patient experience. This Liaison will also have the ability to create and post social media campaigns aimed at educating the public about Direct Primary Care. This Liaison will also complete data extraction and manipulation to develop accurate reports for our employer groups, conduct data analysis and develop meaningful, accurate and dependable data reporting.
Candidate must be a strong and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for providing excellent customer service!
The ideal candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is extremely personable, positive, empathetic and patient. Our Liaison will be able to easily adapt to changing procedures and have a team-oriented attitude. Medical background and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required. Bonus points for Direct Primary Care, health insurance and social media backgrounds
